In this ME 2016 - Computing Techniques project, I investigated the ability of various line fitting techniques in the context of wind turbines. Power output and vibration damping expressions are applied to asses the accuracy of the experimentally derived models

To create a line of best fit, a change in variables was performed and the natural angular frequency and the nondimensional viscous damping factor of the vibration model was determined. These values were calculated to be 1.481 rad/s and .256 respectively.
